2. Product Features
High flexibility: The conductor uses ultra-fine finely twisted oxygen-free copper wire, meeting VED0295 CLASS 6 standards. The single wire diameter is extremely fine, and through a special twisting process, the cable is highly flexible. It can bend frequently in drag chain systems, with a small bending radius, suitable for complex installation and usage environments, effectively reducing installation difficulty and space constraints.
Outstanding shielding performance: Uses 85% tin-plated copper mesh braided shielding (some products have double-layer shielding, such as aluminum foil tin-plated copper mesh, with a shielding coverage rate of ≥90%), effectively shielding various external electromagnetic signal interferences, complying with EN 50217 and other anti-interference standards, ensuring stable signal transmission. Wear and tensile resistance: After special processing, the outer sheath of the cable has excellent wear resistance. After over 8 million drag chain tests, the sheath's tear strength is ≥15N/mm².
