The drag chain system of automated equipment undergoes high-frequency repetitive bending. The insulation is made from a specially formulated PVC/elastomer blend, and the outer sheath is a PUR/TPU co-extrusion, capable of withstanding bending cycles ≥10 million times. 2. Product Features High flexibility and bending resistance The conductor uses multi-strand finely twisted oxygen-free copper wire, strictly adhering to the VDE 0295 CLASS 6 standard. The single wire diameter is extremely fine and treated with a special twisting process to give the cable excellent flexibility. Laboratory tests show it can withstand over 5 million bending cycles. Under complex conditions, such as the frequent reciprocating motion of automated production chains, it can maintain structural integrity without core breakage or cracking, ensuring long-term stable power and signal transmission.
Cold and heat resistant: The working temperature range is wide. For fixed installations, it is -50°C to 90°C, and for mobile installations, it is -30°C to 90°C. Some specially customized models can withstand short-term temperatures up to 125°C. Whether in the high-heat steel smelting workshop, the low-temperature refrigerated cold chain warehouse, or outdoor work environments with significant seasonal temperature differences, this cable can operate stably and adapt to different temperature challenges.
Flame Retardant and Environmental Protection: Flame retardant rating reaches V0, complies with IEC 60332-1 fire protection standards, effectively preventing fire from spreading along cables in emergencies such as fires, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment. No added lead, cadmium, or other harmful substances, safe and pollution-free, aligning with current green industrial development concepts.
Flexible structural design Core wire arrangement and identification: The core wires can be arranged in a straight line or in a staggered pattern according to actual needs, making it convenient to use in different installation spaces and electrical connection requirements. The core wire insulation comes in a variety of colors, allowing for colored wires; for cables with a higher number of cores, black wires with white numeric labels can also be used, making them clear and easy to distinguish. In addition, cables with more than 3 cores come with a standard yellow/green dual-color grounding wire to ensure electrical safety.
