Oil, acid, and alkali resistance: Can resist corrosion from hydraulic oil, diesel, acids, and alkalis. Even when used for a long time in oily environments, it is not easily damaged, ensuring the stability of the cable in complex chemical environments.
Waterproof and weather-resistant: With an IP67 protection rating, it can operate stably in extreme environments ranging from -40°C to 90°C. Whether in cold northern or hot southern regions, as well as in humid and rainy or dry, dusty conditions, it can operate normally.
Flame Retardant Safety: Complies with IEC 60332 flame retardant standards, effectively preventing the spread of fire when exposed to open flames, reducing fire risk, and improving safety at construction sites.
Cable structure: Usually uses multi-strand ultra-fine finely twisted oxygen-free copper wire, meeting VDE0295 CLASS 6 standards. Alternatively, annealed oxygen-free copper wire with a purity of up to 99.9999% is available, offering excellent conductivity and flexibility, effectively reducing energy loss, and making it less likely to break during frequent bending and dragging.
Filling layer: Filled with Kevlar tensile fiber/TPE to cushion stress, prevent core wire deformation, and ensure the stability of the cable's internal structure.
