Optimized winding structural design, combined with highly flexible materials and precise cable formation technology, adapts to the rhythm of reel and reel winding and unwinding. The outer sheath is made of imported wear-resistant PUR material, with a surface hardness of over Shore A90. Cable structure
Conductor: High-purity oxygen-free bare copper wire, finely stranded twisting process, multiple fine copper wires closely arranged, in accordance with IEC 60228 Class 5 standard, low resistance, low loss, excellent conductivity.
Insulation: Specially modified PVC insulation material, with high dielectric strength, low dielectric loss, preventing leakage and short circuits; the conductor core color follows VDE 0293 standards, making identification and maintenance easier.
Tensile layer: High-strength aramid woven mesh. Kevlar fibers form a three-dimensional tensile framework, dispersing tension and protecting the internal structure.
Sheath: Double-layer PUR sheath, with a soft inner layer for cushioning and a hard outer layer for wear resistance, enhanced abrasion, corrosion, and water resistance, available in black/yellow color options.
